This year’s show features almost 200 quilts and wall hangings; Six new and returning vendors; On-site
quilt appraisals by appointment (call (717) 304-0566) ; a sale of gently used quilting and craft books;
special displays, a Silent Auction filled with gift items handmade or donated by Guild members; and the
ever popular sale of mug rugs! In addition, visitors will have hands-on opportunities to make and take a
no-sew project. Returning this year: a Choice Raffle. All visitors to the show are asked to vote for their favorite
quilt for the Viewer’s Choice Award. Our vendors will award prizes to their favorite walling hangings and
quilts on display.
New this year will be an information booth about Quilt Documentation in Lebanon County.
One of the most popular areas of the show is Demonstrator Aisle, where Guild members will be set up
to demonstrate techniques and host impromptu educational and interactive displays at all times during
the show. They welcome questions and comments!

Special features this year:
• New this year will be an information booth about Quilt Documentation in Lebanon County.
At various locations this year and next, residents of Lebanon County can bring their quilts or
quilt tops older than 1970 to be part of a data base that will be available in libraries or
historical societies.
• Six new and returning Vendors: including, 2019 Show Sponsor Needle Down Fabrics (Camp

• Our ever-popular Silent Auction of handmade gift items, including small quilts, wall
hangings, and fabric & notions baskets made or donated by Guild members, will close at 4
PM Sunday. All proceeds generated support the exhibition.
• At the Choice Raffle. Visitors can purchase tickets for the opportunity to win one of several
choice items! The Choice Raffle winners will be announced Saturday at 3:45 PM.
• New this year – A “Scrap Corner” where visitors can fill a bag with scras for a nominal fee- a
favorite of scrappy quilt makers and sewers who make doll clothes or other small projects
• “Mug Rugs” will be available for visitors to make on-the-spot purchases. These popular
items are made in various sizes by Guild members from a huge selection of fabrics!
• Quilt appraisals: Dawn Heefner, AQS certified quilt appraiser, will be available on site to
appraise old and new quilts. Please call (717) 304-0566 to schedule an appointment for
either a written (valid for insurance purposes) or verbal appraisal.
• Visitors will also enjoy entries in this year’s Annual Guild Challenge.
• A Book Sale of new or gently used quilting books, craft books and quilt novels will be open
10 a.m.-4 p.m. both days.
• Children and adult visitors can learn to make a quick, no-sew project out of fabric at the
Make-N-Take booth
